Job Description
- Recommend and implement sales strategy in order to achieve sales objectives according to pricing goals and expenses budget.
- Develop long-term relationships with business partners to meet their needs in advance and anticipate issues.
- Oversee the sales, marketing and service activities for the portfolio of products to drive market penetration and sales growth.
- Identify new selling opportunities and sales potential of existing accounts.
- Monitor competition affecting CEE accounts.
- Provide monthly business updates and insights during management meetings.
- Coordinate service to CEE accounts which contains superior product support for distributors including in-service support and new product trainings.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international sales in medical devices including independent position and regional responsibility in CEE/EE.
- Proven track record in building long-term relations and account management in distributor's channel.
- University Degree (preferably Marketing, Management, Economics, Foreign Trade).
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with strong communication and presentation aptitudes.
- Problem-solver with positive attitude and ability to operate efficiently in a matrix structure.
- Flexible and open to travel.
- Self-starter with high business acumen and hands-on approach.
- Experience in working with multiple nationalities and cultures.
- Strong leader and negotiator, inspiring team player.
