Before you start our induction training we will check if you:
- are open to start international career
- want to work with Czech language
- have strong analytical skills
- are willing to resolve Customers’ disputes
- speak very good Czech (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
What will you do?
What will you do?
- Deal with all types of Customers' queries and disputes within the role
- Ensure complaints/requests sent via systems are cleared timely and that no unmatched item remains open
- Handle day-to-day activities and cooperate closely with customer service representatives, salesmen, Accounts Receivables and managers to ensure ‘on time’ resolution
- Collect relevant information and follow up on other parties to complete the dispute resolution
- Communicate mainly in writing with customers and the Client in a professional manner
