Department Description
Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. General Ledger department is in charge of General Accounting, Global Fixed Assets & Intercompany Operations and Statutory & Compliance activities for Motorola’s entities in the region.

Responsibilities
Calculating Intercompany recharges between related legal entities
Ensuring that multilateral service agreements between Motorola entities are correctly reflected in charges
Analyzing and understanding P&Ls of entities in scope
Preparation of P&L forecasts by legal entity for the purpose of calculation effective tax rates
Quarterly review of Intercompany charges
Yearly review of all Intercompany activities (TP factors, I/C Sales)
Calculating Transfer Pricing adjustments
Liaison with auditors on audits of allocations
Profitability analysis of all entities in scope
Liaise with Tax Team on ad hoc queries/analysis
Support in preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation
Basic Requirements:
Graduate of Finance/Accounting/Economy or similar
At least one year experience in finance/accounting area
Ability to work in intense, fast paced and multinational work environment
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Attention to details
Tech-savvy & advanced computer skills
Ability to learn new IT systems and applications
Good command of English
Experience in using advanced reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) as an asset
