Scope of duties:

• Ensures accurate processing of company’s payroll
• Being responsible for monthly payroll calculations
• Process personal and payroll data in the company’s systems
• Calculates and records both statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity
• Cooperates with ZUS, US
• Deals with payroll queries
• Prepares of certificates of income and confirmation of registration in the Social Security Institution for employees
• Assists in preparing the annual declarations PIT and insurance confirmation RMUA
• Prepares reports for finance team
• Verifies entered and processed data

Requirements:

• 3-4 years experience in Payroll area
• Good knowledge and understanding of current payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Good knowledge of excel
• Accuracy, diligence and responsibility
• Master Degree in Accounting or similar discipline is preferred
• English min. B2
• Very good knowledge of Polish
• Knowledge of SIMPLE application will be an advantage
