Scope of duties:
PTP
- post invoices with PO
- resolve invoices issues, support processing invoices/payments if needed
- respond to AP queries
- T&E Audit
- maintain Vendor Master Data
- work closely with the client and maintain good relationship
OTC
- Drive and manage multiple customers through a payment collection process
- Build and maintain positive relationship with the customers
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Sales & Account Managers) to successfully identify problem areas and bring resolution to urgent needs
- Assist with other duties assigned by the Collections Manager
Requirements:
- Italian: B2/C1
- English: B1/B2
- diligent, with great attention to details
- self-starter focused on analysing data and resolving issues
- open-minded with strong communication skills and positive attitude to work
- able to work under time and result pressure
- accounting and/or SAP would be an asset
