Digital Marketing Senior Specialist (CEE Employer Branding Team)
The role:
Lead, inspire and guide employer branding teams in the CEE region (29 countries) to “win the war” for relevant talents. Reporting to the CEE Employer Branding Hub Leader, you will network with teams across the region to strengthen PwC employer brand in digital environment.
We are looking for task-oriented professional with strong digital marketing & English-language communication skills. The candidate is also expected to have strong project management skills together with proven ability to facilitate and influence internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Driving CEE-wide digital marketing projects to enhance PwC employer brand,
- Managing external agencies to deliver high quality projects & content in time,
- Coordinating media campaigns & reporting results,
- Delivering effective social media content & activations,
- Managing CEE career websites’ content & interface,
- Managing everyday communication with countries,
- Creating executional guidelines, frameworks & toolkits,
- Administrating relevant back-office (e.g. tenders, contracts, invoicing & payments).
Essential Skills:
- Proven skills & experience in digital marketing,
- Experience in recruitment marketing and/or employer branding,
- Fluent English (in speaking and writing, including copywriting),
- Knowledge of analytics tools (i.e. Adobe or Google Analytics)
- Experienced in working with CMS
- High project management & analytical skills,
- Good prioritization, time-management and organization skills,
- Ability to work in virtual teams,
- Accountability, hands-on attitude & drive for excellence,
- Graphic design skills would be an asset.
