For our Client, an international company located in Cracow, we are looking for an experienced Candidate for a position of  


Revenue Controller

Responsibilities:
  • prepare, control and issue sales invoices for various groups of products for intragroup and third-party customers in line with commercial agreements,
  • execute and control the billing of the hydrocarbon tariff income,
  • maintain Tariff Expenditure process in cooperation with the Expenditure department,
  • prepare accurate and timely information for group accounting, reporting and management information,
  • reporting sales results for internal and external stakeholders,
  • maintaining product stock accounting and valuation process,
  • managing and executing commercial agreements - implementing new/changed agreements into financial systems, 
  • performing balance sheet reconciliations (Status of Accounts Reporting),
  • intragroup reconciliation,
  • providing data for external auditors/ taking part in JV audits,
  • assisting with setting up new sales contracts,
  • ensure operational and design effectiveness of the controls within areas of responsibility,
  • participate in upcoming systems implementation and CI projects,
  • develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners,
  • prepare revenue analysis for different stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • good knowledge of Financial Accounting,
  • preferably degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy,
  • at least 4-5 years of working experience in Finance/Commercial role,
  • strong analytical skills specifically around data mining and interpretation,
  • good interpersonal skills to maintain effective communication with various stakeholders,
  • ability to work independently without ready-made solutions,
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines,
  • ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders,
  • responsibility for making own decisions,
  • commitment to deliver,
  • previous experience with SAP would be an advantage,
  • fluent English.
