IT Support Specialist with Swedish

Responsibilities:
- daily supporting clients' in solving problems in the IT area,
- analyzing most common queries,
- providing high-quality service for clients,
- cooperating with other IT team members.
Requirements:
- good knowledge of English and excellence knowledge one of the following languages: Swedish or Dutch (at least C1 level),
- problem-solving attitude,
- well-developed communication skills,
- an experience in Windows 7 and MS Office will be a strong asset,
- a customer service experience nice to see,
- good organizational skills.
