Job Description
- Managing personnel administration and keeping employee's personnel files
- Processing all staffing changes (starters, secondments, transfers, leavers and other amendments)
- Keeping records of all kinds of absences and working time
- Recording personal data in the HR systems
- Ensuring accurate processing of company's payroll
- Dealing with any payroll queries that employees may have
- Issuing earnings certificates
- Preparation of regular reports required by Management Board
- Reporting to Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution, National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Found and Central Statistical Office
- Supporting in HR processes and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll
- Necessary knowledge of TETA Constellation
- Necessary knowledge of Płatnik
- University degree in the field of economics / HR management is an advantage
- Practical knowledge of labor law, payroll regulations, social security system, income tax Experience in SSC/BPO would be an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the position has contacts with various levels throughout the company's organization
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Fluent English in writing and speaking (B2)
- Experience in SSC/BPO would be an advantage
