Job description:

The Data Coordinator acts as one of gatekeepers of products data integrity to ensure that Lubricants and Greases SKUs can be swiftly supplied within locations. He/she ensures that the new products are rightly parametrized and that Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools reflect all supply chain changes.
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintains finished product master data and planning parameters in the systems with right first-time approach,

  • Works with key stakeholders across the business (sales/marketing, supply chain and master data team) 

  • Ensures all data analysis is delivered timely by all business users for inputs into workflows

  • Contributes to the reduction of the products under withdrawal with stock 0,

  • Sets and leads review meetings to ensure timely execution of activities,

  • Strive to improve the timeliness and quality of portfolio launch and withdrawals

  • Identify opportunities for improvements

  • Fine tune the planning master data according to changes in the business as indicated by the Supply Planning Optimization

  • Acts as the PLM data and tools super-user for the assigned region and support PLM users with resolving issues, escalating and ensuring closure on all support tickets

 

Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Economics/Finance,

  • Proven SAP knowledge,

  • Project co-ordination/management experience,

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel,

  • Eagerness to maintain accuracy of information entered into the system,

  • Proven logical thinking and analytical / troubleshooting skills,

  • Continuous Improvement mindset

  • English min. B2

  • Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics would be beneficial.
