Responsibilities:
- develop and implement Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and systems,
- provide induction to employees on health and safety and environment regulations and roles within organization,
- keep conformity with local law and regulations and requirements regarding occupational health and safety, environmental as well as group standards,
- keep conformity of environmental monitoring with the requirements of environmental permits,
- ensure legislative changes are communicated and reflected in local policies and procedures,
- develop and implement risk assessments, investigate and prevent accidents including Root Cause Analysis,
- develop health programmes in line with sickness/absence prevention and improving employee welfare,
- liaise with occupational health, safety regulations, environmental authorities and inspections,
- carry out safety audits and inspections on site,
- identify areas of training required and deliver training in line with HSE,
- liaise with management team, particularly engineering, to ensure that activities of contractors conform to all legislative requirements,
- liaise with production department, logistic and warehouse to ensure proper waste management,
- provide support and advice to management team and employees on matters of health and safety and environment,
- continually review, update and maintain HSE documentation and management systems.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of relevant experience required,
- experience as EHS Manager / Senior Specialist in a manufacturing environment,
- excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP system (SAP preferred),
- very good English skills.
