Audit Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • data audit with the combination of different audit procedures,
  • walkthrough of designed processes, procedures and controls including Data Management and Client Accounting area,
  • cooperating with all departments and reporting to superior,
  • ensuring those audit procedures that are in place allow for all major risks to be identified and mitigated within the key business processes,
  • periodic review of the control environment and reporting on effectiveness and efficiency,
  • performing periodic tests on the quality of data within the lease administration system as per Client KPI requirement,
  • reporting on the findings, providing recommendations and monitoring management's response and implementation of recommended improvements on the systems and procedures being under review, 
  • identifying inefficiency and ineffectiveness in processes and suggesting solutions,  
  • reporting to the Audit Team Leader on activities and findings of the initiatives taken. 
Requirements:
  • min. 2 years of professional experience in conducting internal controls, 
  • fluent English,
  • University degree in finance/accounting/audit or related field,
  • experience in SSC environment, 
  • excellent presentation skills, 
  • high analytical skills focused on details,
  • strong communication skills with particular emphasis on handling difficult situations,
  • client oriented, 
  • ability to work under time pressure and under stress, 
  • experience in Big 4 will be an advantage, 
  • experience in SOX, SOC 1 or ISAE 3402 will be an advantage.
