Your key responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the engagements conducting following tasks:
  • Participate and lead projects in the area of OT Security Governance building target IT/OT cybersecurity operating models.
  • Manage OT security transformation projects and/or technical workstreams.
  • Develop OT security strategies and provide though leadership in the area of cybersecurity operations, governance and target cybersecurity operating models.
  • Support for business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and direct support for presentation to potential clients in the area of industrial (OT) cybersecurity transformation, governance and IT/OT security convergence.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in positions related to managing cybersecurity operations, cybersecurity and/or infrastructure service management or implementation in the area of IT, OT or cybersecurity.
• Understanding of security related operational processes in the IoT/OT-ICS environments.
• Understanding of Service Management concepts ideally in the area of cybersecurity.
• network segmentation, industrial networking, defense in depth, incident response, incident handling, security operating centers).
• Capability to work within a multinational and multicultural team.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Readiness to travel 50%.
