What will you do?
What will you do?
- Perform day-to-day operational activities based on work instructions
- Ensure smooth operation of high availability environment in order to provide maximum performance and availability
- Ensure 24x7 operations focused on Service Level Agreement
- Develop and upgrade existing system documentation
Main accountabilities:
- Supporting of a High Availability environment dedicated for the web-based application hosting
- Daily Operation Management:
- Resolve problem based on work instructions
- Log file analysis based on work instructions
- Incident analysis and resolution based on work instructions
- Perform application tests and restarts based on work instructions - Change planning, preparation and implementation based on existing work instructions
- Cooperation with other teams m (DB Administrators, VMware Engineers, Network Engineers, System Admins)
- Maintain documentation
