Scope of duties:
- processing vendor payments in SAP & banking software in line with agreed timetable and control points
- processing customer collections and payments in SAP according to payment calendar
- carry out proactive control on bank balances including treasury forecasting
- prepare monthly bank GL accounts reconciliation as well as bank waiting and interbranch accounts
- handling internal payment related queries (in English) from bank, another SSC Team (P2P/O2C) or Client
- prepare documentation for internal & external auditors
We are looking for candidates with:
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- fluent in English,
- very good analytical skills and attention to details
- advanced skills using MS Office applications (Excel)
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- self-motivated and well organized, can prioritize tasks
- quick learner
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- education background accounting/economics
- another European language
- experience in using computer accounting systems (SAP)
