Scope of duties:

• processing vendor payments in SAP & banking software in line with agreed timetable and control points
• processing customer collections and payments in SAP according to payment calendar
• carry out proactive control on bank balances including treasury forecasting
• prepare monthly bank GL accounts reconciliation as well as bank waiting and interbranch accounts
• handling internal payment related queries (in English) from bank, another SSC Team (P2P/O2C) or Client
• prepare documentation for internal & external auditors

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• fluent in English,
• very good analytical skills and attention to details
• advanced skills using MS Office applications (Excel)
• strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• self-motivated and well organized, can prioritize tasks
• quick learner

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• education background accounting/economics
• another European language
• experience in using computer accounting systems (SAP)
