You will be responsible for:
- Define and sharpen the scope, together with stakeholders;
- Define project goals, deliverables, project tasks and priorities;
- Establish robust and clear project organisation. Identify all needed resources, with proper communication map;
- Take the lead of assigned resources, and manage those in an effective manner;
- Govern the risk management for the project;
- Regularly report status and deviations in the project to interested parties. Prepare documentation and report in front of the senior management;
- Ensure that deadlines of the project are met. In case of deviation – properly escalate to the organisation;
- Monitor project budget and ensure that there is no overspend;
- Track and record changes in the project. Govern change management process;
- Support PwC Project Management Office, in order to ensure proper usage and development of standards and tools, in the area of Project Management
Expectations:
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferable in management, economy or IT,
- Qualification in project management – minimum 3 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in the IT or change management,
- Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of managing projects,
- Experience in IT, risk and change management,
- Experience in managing team,
- Experience in BPO/SSC environment,
- Fluent English,
- Literacy in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio) and G Suite,
- Excellent planning and organisation skills,
- Critical thinking and problems solving,
- Team player,
- High level of communication and leadership skills,
- Ability to cope with and manage conflicts,
- Adaptability,
- Education in Project Management will be an asset.
