Your responsibilities would include:

•  Adhere and contribute to Business support to develop the long-term strategy of the HGSS Centre
•  Contribute to the Service Management operational plan and budget
•  Monitor activities between the HGSS and designated OpCos to ensure activities are in the Service Management agreement
•  Maintain Service Management systems and tools (eg. SharePoint, PowerBI) and provide technical support and guidance to Business Users
•  Monitor and report standard KPIs and operational PPIs for designated OpCos in collaboration with Process Managers and other relevant stakeholders
•  Provide relevant information to Service Manager for decision-making and enhancement of Service Management awareness
•  Support further transition of OpCos activities to HGSS by ensuring that HEINEKEN service standards are adhered during Transition
•  Manage internal customer complaints
•  And any other task assigned by Line Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities

You are The Candidate if:

•     Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
•  Excellent business analytical skills to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of service
•  Proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems
•  A drive for continuous professional development in self and others
•  Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 
•  Proven experience of SharePoint design

Nice to have:

• Good understanding of ERP Accounting Systems (SAP, Oracle), as well as of enabling Infrastructure (workflow, invoice management…)
•  Proven experience in VBA and PowerBI
