Knowledge/Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and/or web design;
• working knowledge of HTML and CSS (knowledge of html5, css3 would be an asset);
• proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator);
• experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or After Effects would be superb but not essential;
• understanding of brand design;
• imagination and creativity;
• exceptional eye for colour, layout and typography;
• good project management skills;
• knowledge of Content Management Systems;
• knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint platform is an advantage;
• advanced English speaker; interested in new technologies;
• good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• updating and creating web and intranet pages;
• supporting local intranet editors across 18 countries of the Central Europe region;
• creating aesthetic graphics for web, email, and social media purposes;
• applying and safeguarding our brand identity across a range of assets and projects;
• working collaboratively and helping marketing project managers to plan, draft and edit their content;

• monitoring and applying technical upgrades being implemented by the global team.
