For our client, a global supplier of automotive and industrial components, which employs over 90,000 people in 50 countries, we are looking for candidates to join the new Shared Service Centre in Wroclaw.
Responsibilities:
- design, creation and maintenance of HR reports,
- HR data collection, analysis, information gathering and research,
- close collaboration with stakeholders to understand requirements and prepare individual HR reports,
- development and analysis of HR metrics/KPIs,
- close cooperation in the further development of the global HR reporting system,
- initiation and implementation of improvements in reporting and metrics/KPI’s area,
- guidance and support in reporting queries.
Requirements:
- experience in the HR reporting area, preferably in complex matrix organizations using multiple systems,
- good knowledge of HR SAP,
- good in business German (min. B2) and English (min. B1),
- advance knowledge in MS Office,
- strong analytical skills, multitasking skills and high affinity for numbers,
- able to work independently and with a solution-oriented can-do approach.
