Responsibilities:
- managing the group of Team Leaders from Customer Service area,
- acting as the first point for Team Leaders,
- working closely with various stakeholders within the organization,
- working across brand, and building up knowledge and experience to offer consistent service delivery across the group.
Requirements:
- experience in managing the Team Leaders in an international company,
- excellent command of English language,
- knowledge of tourism industry will be a strong asset,
- high level of communication skills,
- analytical skills,
- desire to work in an international and rapidly developing company.
