Job Description
- Responsible for leading the team within Finance and Business Operations (3 direct reports and about 40 people)
- Providing service for the UK entities ensuring high quality of customer service
- Managing transition and standardization processes
- Supporting employees development: 1:1 sessions, career path, trainings, performance management, and employee evaluation
- Participating in improvements
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in SSC operations (finance preferable)
- Experience in team management, orientation on people
- Experience in managing transitions
- Fluently knowledge of English
- University Degree (preferable in Finance, International Business area)
