Key activities

We're growing! Amway Business Center in Kraków is now Global Business Service. We are building new Hire to Retire Team to support Amway HtR processes globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates the needs and supports the design of global standard HtR processes and provides recommendation to HtR Global Process Owner
  • Drafts end-to-end HtR processes with a focus on process flow charts and standard operating procedures under guidance of HtR Global Process Owner
  • Collaborates with outside stakeholders: HtR Operational Managers, HtR Operational Team Leaders, HRBPs, HR CoEs, HRLT representatives, GBS Service & Process Excellence, as well as Finance, Treasury, IT (located either in HQ, GBS or markets) and partners/vendors (payroll, talent sourcing, benefits, etc) to ensure integration and delivery of simplified end-to-end processes
  • Coordinates, standardization, optimization, and maintenance of regional (Americas/HQ, Europe/Russia, India/APAC) HtR processes and aligns them the global standards.
  • Coordinates the definition of roles and responsibilities, reviewing regional business requirements, and partnering with HR management to develop/maintain HtR policies, analyze process efficiency, and support selecting technology solutions to meet global standards.
  • Advise HtR operation teams on process related queries
  • Works in coordination with the HtR Global Process Owner to implement the global vision and strategy for end-to-end HtR processes
  • Works with business requestors to define/analyze business requirements for process changes, may prepare or refine change or enhancement requests for HtR GPO approval.
  • Ensures end-to-end HtR process catalog, as well as respective business requirements, process maps, Desktop Procedures (DTPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk and Control Matrices are up-to-date
  • Designs, prepares and executes process trainings for related stakeholders
  • Collaborates with impacted stakeholders on implementing the change management and communication actions
  • Promotes continuous improvement culture and mindset across the business
  • Cooperates with GBS Service & Process Excellence team on process quality, Lean & service management, customer satisfaction, RPA/Automation and project management
  • Identifies and prioritizes process optimization and harmonization opportunities through assessing Pain Points, and Industry or Internal Best Practices
  • Tracks and responds to available KPI measurements, and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Qualifies and quantifies process optimization potential (focuses on tangible benefits, Business Case to justify)
Profile we look for
  • 6 years of professional experience in a related area
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
  • Broad knowledge and experience of HR processes, practices, activities and systems
  • High degree of process and functional knowledge with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end processes, as well as knowledge of the functional organization, business requirements, and existing technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to re-engineer processes and performed change management to ensure adoption of associates
  • Experience with continuous improvement methods, Lean Practitioner certified would be a benefit
  • A strategic thinker able to establish and communicate a global vision, yet detail oriented
  • Ability to liaise between the business and information systems teams at a senior level; provides strong negotiating skills to reach workable resolutions
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to formulate conclusions and make proactive recommendations, evaluate and simplify end-to-end customer experiences
  • Action oriented and willing to be bold in adopting new standards
  • Is solution-oriented and thinks “3 steps ahead”
  • Is enthusiastic and confident with a “can do” attitude
  • Has demonstrable presentation skills
  • Open-minded, capable of seeing a “new” way of doing things
  • Sees the world through the eyes of the business (holistic view)
  • Does not avoid difficult conversations when required
  • Strong communication and advanced Business English skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work outside European working hours, if needed
