Job Description
- Delivery of projects in the PACKAGING or PROCESS expert area
- Build and lead project teams
- Lead new investments
- Lead development of the projects scope through close cooperation with internal client and business stakeholders
- Presenting projects to higher management
- Responsible for Stakeholder Management during the whole project up to finalisation
- Leads development and design of a technical solution delivering an optimal functionality and business efficiency
- Leads assets acquisition, installation, commissioning, production start up
- Cooperates with global standardisation teams on development, deployment and continuous improvement of standardised engineering solutions in production plants
- Cooperation with all levels of engineering structure in plants, region and the globe
The Successful Applicant
- Engineering degree (Mechanial or Electrical/Control Systems)
- Min. 5 years of practical Engineering experience in the area of investment projects
- Min. 3 years of practical experience in FMCG industry
- Experience in project management, technical expertise, indirect people leadership
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of LEAN manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
