Credit Assessment Analyst German Speaker
Work location: Kraków

Job description:

• Providing assessment of a customer credit risk and recommending terms of credit with the main focus on portfolio of euroShell customers
• Performing detailed financial analysis based on customer financial statements for development of a risk profile of a customer
• Analyzing the overall credit exposure
• Providing authorized approval for continuing deliveries to customers in case of overdue or credit limit exceeding
• Negotiating and managing securities necessary to support higher risk exposures based on a risk reward approach
• Resolving credit enquiries and complaints from customers
• Managing portfolio of German speaking customers
• Communicating with internal and external customers in a professional, assertive and efficient manner
• Acting as a guide in risk management to the stakeholders in Germany, by connecting on the monthly calls and on the ad hoc basis
• Review and management of the securities in line with the agreed credit rules
• Ownership of the portfolio and coordination with different stakeholders
• Close collaboration with respective Credit Manager

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
  • Obtained economic, accounting or finance university degree/qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Ms Outlook,
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • In-depth accounting knowledge
  • Fluent German (C1/C2)
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Fast and accurate data input skills
  • Full ownership of the assigned task
  • Attention to details
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to work autonomously while keeping other team members informed as appropriate
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints in a challenging environment
  • Ability to recognize issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems if unable to resolve
  • Ability to stay firm without becoming stubborn
  • Good analytical competencies
