Responsibilities:
- daily contact with customers (via phone and e-mail),
- monitoring and clarifying payments,
- sending payment reminders to customers,
- providing reports,
- processing data and assisting in providing analytical support.
Requirements:
- very good command of Estonian and English (min. B2 level),
- very good team-work skills,
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy,
- good analytical skills,
- proficient communication skills.
