Job Description
- Business Responsibility for CRM System Management,
- Management of BSS platform Common Service and Product Catalogue, Order Management, Trouble ticketing system as well as Customer/Partner Portal and Field Service management,
- Coordinate Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, analysis of KPIs, SLAs, budget, and managerial dashboard/reports about Network and Service Operations.
The Successful Applicant
- Technical/IT University degree,
- Very good knowledge of /BI systems, strong MS Office skills,
- Open minded and ready to take a responsibility of maintenance of IT platform,
- Experience in data mining, preparation of analysis and conclusions on basis of existed data.
