Job Description

- Leading role in setting up mature framework and toolkit to guarantee highly professional financial reporting environment within an international organization
- Develop and deliver best-in-class consolidated reporting
- Prepare financial statements for subordinate countries on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Taking care of and supervising all accounting and statutory responsibilities within area of responsibility
- Identify and explain development in business drivers through supporting narratives
- Coordinate ad hoc requests with sub-regional finance teams
- Coordinating accounting process transition projects
The Successful Applicant
- University degree - preferably in Finance or Accounting
- At least 5 years of accounting experience including preparing financial statements and reporting
- People management experience
- A proven track record of leading accounting process transition projects
- Willingness to take initiative and ability to multi-task
- MS Excel + knowledge of ERP systems
