Job purpose:

The Service Analyst supports and contributes to the management of service delivery by producing Analytical information (key performance indicators and reports) used for steering Service lines' performance and monitoring HGSS Centre performance.

Service Analyst provides recommendations on ways to improve the effectiveness of tools, templates and processes under the responsibility of Service Management, and she/he is able to develop techniques to enhance them.

Service Analyst works directly with Business users and other support functions by providing them with support and guidance regarding KPIs and reporting activities. Service Analyst also supports Relationsheep Leads to ensure effectiveness and quality of governance meetings

Service Analysts are part of Service Management team and work under the supervision of the Service manager.

Your responsibilities would include:

As Senior Analyst:

• Supporting projects in terms of Power BI reports development

• Analysing the performance of processes across all the OpCos to propose and apply further standardisation in cooperation with Global process owners (GFBPM)

• Defining and managing the development of new tools according to business requirements

• Leading and supporting projects with global and regional scope

• Managing internal customer complaints

And any other task assigned by Line Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities

You are The Candidate if:

Must have (Senior Analyst):

• Power BI, Power Query knowledge on advanced level

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• Experience in monitoring and reporting activities & process performance

• Excellent business analytical skills to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of service and customer satisfaction

• Proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems

• A drive for continuous professional development in self and others

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)

• Experience in Project Management and Stakeholder Management

• Experience in process/workflow design

• Planning and Organizing

Nice to have (all levels):

• Project certification

• Good understanding of ERP Accounting Systems (SAP, Oracle), as well as of enabling Infrastructure (workflow, invoice management…)

• Proven experience in VBA, SQL
