Job Description
- Providing high-quality technical support for company's products
- Participating in global projects
- Solving a wide range of customer issues
- providing best practice implementations and technical architecture overviews
- cooperating between customers, engineers and architects to resolve complex problems
- creating code samples, tutorials and articles for centralized Knowledge Base
The Successful Applicant
- strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- knowledge of at least one programming language
- familiar with networking concepts like TCP/IP and HTTP
- experience in application development would be an additional advantage
- familiar with Pub-Sub pattern
