The Marketing Data Analyst will support internal stakeholders in Central Europe with reporting insights across multiple digital marketing channels.

Key skills:

• Very good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
• Excellent Excel data manipulation and reporting skills;
• Data visualization and web analytics experience;
• Comfortable working with large data sets;
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; knowledge of JavaScript will be an asset;
• Experience with marketing automation systems like Eloqua, Marketo or similar will be an advantage;
• Very good command of English;
• Knowledge of other website analytics tools will be an asset (e.g. Adobe Analytics)

• Report on marketing KPI's like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement,
• Gather data, analyses and evaluating marketing campaigns,
• Design and build scalable reports and dashboards to monitor critical metrics, highlight areas of improvement, and influence marketing strategy;
• Support driving personalization, account based marketing and any other capabilities that support client experience and revenue generation;
• Clean and correct data errors, ensure data integrity, and improve existing contact information to optimize campaigns and conversions;
• Create advanced surveys using the internal tool,
• Contribute to projects to automate processes, or to select and integrate new data sources;
• Other data and research related tasks as needed to contribute to lead conversion.

The team will support marketing teams in Central Europe countries. Team members will cooperate closely with CE Marketing Team from Warsaw and Prague.
