WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Managing consulting engagements and project teams serving as the primary interface with senior executives at client organizations
- Leading workstreams as part of major business programmes and be responsible for rigorous analysis, to identify and validate value creation opportunities for our clients
- Typically work within project teams designing business strategies, operating models, market propositions, pricing strategies and cost efficiency strategies
- Develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings, typically to C-level clients
- Coaching and mentoring analysts and consultants on the team
- Support efforts such as recruitment, training and thought leadership
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum Masters’ degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience including 3 years in consulting is a must
- Strong project management skills
- Develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings, typically to C-level clients
- A high degree of comfort with strategy leading transformative changes in sales area.
- Proven knowledge of implementing new technologies in sales area and CRM platforms (Saleforce, Dynamics or Siebel)
- Proven ability to thrive in a work environment that is international, multi-cultural, competitive & challenging
- Excellent business English (written & spoken). Good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
Working Conditions:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
- Willing and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work could be an option, depending on the assignment and project arrangement.
