WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Collaborating with clients’ Subject Matter Experts to build the training content
- Developing training materials using varied authoring tools
- Being a part of the training, learning & development workstream during large organizational change projects
- Supporting design and development of new tools and personal or organizational development ideas in the training space
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree preferably from an Economics, Management, IT or related faculty
- Initial insight into Instructional Design with consideration of training specifics and learning models and theories, e.g: ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms’ Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training Evaluation
- Experience in Learning content design and development in any subject (business-, academic- or hobby-related) with the use of at least one of the following authoring tools: PowerPoint, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, WalkMe, Assima, EnableNow
- High command of English language (written and spoken); a second language eg. German, French, Italian is very nice-to-have but not a must
- Eagerness to travel and work at international client sites c.a. 70% annually
