Job Description
- Ownership of the preparation of the annual and strategic plan of the entity.
- Control and management of OPEX against budget and presentation of financial performance.
- Participation in the checking and planning of the Entity with strong focus on OPEX costs, Balance Sheet and Statutory accounts.
- Ownership of Latest Estimate exercise on a quarterly basis, or depending on business circumstances.
- Maintaining and reconcile ledgers and accounting records in accordance with local legislation and corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of Reporting Package
- Manage the relationship with internal and external auditors
- Ensuring strict Corporate Governance and Internal Control is implemented on a timely basis according to SOX
- Development and Enforcement of controls and processes in collaboration with the Local Quality Manager and Tax Department.
- Support financial projects impacting the entity
- Through planning, analysis and project management
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
- Preference for ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in a multinational company
- Computer Skills (SAP, Advanced Excel)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Investment appraisal experience will be an asset
