Job Description
- Developing and maintenance of policies, strategies and methodologies related to Innovation and continuous improvement within organisation.
- Responsible for process optimization and improvements within organisation
- Successfully interacts with various internal departments
- Manages a database of improvement projects and ensures best practice sharing between Business Units and process areas
- Leads workshops utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools
- Facilitates Kaizens
- Prepares, organizes and executes Lean / SixSigma trainings
- Creates and maintains database with improvement ideas and improvement projects to enable tracking the innovative ideas
- Attends meetings at all levels in association with the above duties
- Close cooperation with Head of Operational Excellence
The Successful Applicant
- At least 6 years experience in BPO or SSC organization
- At least 4 years experience in Continuous Improvement projects
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Lean management certificate/Experience in Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in leading Continuous Improvement projects and process optimization
- Good client facing and presentation skills
- Black Belt Certification will be an asset
- Good understating of finance, accounting and procurement processes
- Analytical with excellent problem solving skills
