Your responsibilities would include:

• Providing project support and assistance to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Creating job board communications for all internal employees.

• Creating job profiles and uploading to in-house recruitment system.

• Arranging interviews with potential candidates.

• Providing administrative support to Senior TA

• Administration and coordination of full recruitment request cycle, from creation to closing

• Being responsible for the recruitment request Approval Flow

• Working cooperatively with all members of the team to develop and implement plans and activities

• Reporting to Talent Management Lead

• And any other task assigned by the Line Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities

• Working closely with the SHARP-X HR team

• Reporting on status of SHARP-X recruitment for Krakow

You are The Candidate if:

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

• Strong attention to details

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and proactively identify and overcome challenges

• Excellent written and verbal English

• Your knowledge of Excel is on a very good level

• Multi-cultural experience through international work

• Bachelors or Master degree in business, human resources and related field will be an asset
