Responsibilities:
  • administrator for financial systems (SAP, BlackLine), generic mailbox and portal,
  • support local administrator users’ inquiries and issues,
  • maintain table & Establish structure in the financial system i.e. Entity, Currency Rate, and Annual Calendar,
  • monitoring data interface during the monthly close process,
  • ensure systems data integrity and reporting,
  • drive global strategy, system enhancement, continuous improvement initiatives in the systems,
  • project support for integrations, internal and external audit requests,
  • partner with IT for systems updates/upgrade and implementations,
  • perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • min. 4 years of experience in a similar position in a dynamic, multinational environment (finance systems admin),
  • practical experience in a financial role, including internal controls, AP, AR OR GL department, 
  • experience in ERP system implementation, 
  • University degree in finance/accounting or related field,
  • fluent English and Polish,
  • working knowledge of SAP modules and previous exposure to US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley,
  • previous BlackLine experience will be an advantage,
  • hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to challenge the status quo,
  • good in problem identification, prioritization and remediation skills,
  • proven ability to work independently and strong learning agility,
  • openness to a business trip.
