Job Description
- Manage R2R operations for assigned team on a daily basis to meet the decided objectives, targets and metrics
- Coordinate work and customer availability of the team, taking into apart 2 shift work system and Client's time zone
- Ensure that quality and operational excellence objectives and targets are fulfilled for the team.
- Ensure delivery according to customer and process requirements (SLA)
- Delegating the targets to the team member through regular communication, planning and performance reviews
- Provide operational support to team members
- Handle client communication and escalations
- Monitor, interpret and report key performance indicators
- Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives
- Monitoring the competence development within the department
The Successful Applicant
- Willingness to work for a second shift - 14:00 - 22:00
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in RtR area as well as in leading the team
- Knowledge of MS Office + SAP system is preferred
- Proactive attitude
- Leadership skills
