You will join a new project that will work in close cooperation with Costa Rica office, which will require evening working hours, from 2 pm until 10 pm

Scope of duties:
- invoice processing
- invoice analysis and quality check
- Vendor Master Data creation and changes
- daily contact with vendors and clients by phone and emails
- helpdesk queries support, resolving invoices issues
- Travel & Expenses processing
We are looking for candidates with:
- fluent Spanish
- good knowledge of English
- ability to work from Monday to Friday 2 pm– 10 pm to provide service for Costa Rica
- good organizational and communication skills
- accuracy, diligence and commitment
- experience in working with MS Office: Word, Excel
- experience in office-type position or Customer Service as an asset
- students are welcome
