We are currently looking for:

Performance Measurement Manager
Performance Measurement Manager
Location: Kraków, małopolskie

The Performance Measurement Manager performs a wide range of duties to ensure that the group provides accurate and timely performance measurement, risk statistics, and attribution reporting for BBH Clients according to established standards. The individual oversees a team of performance analysts, continuously striving to improve the process of auditing, calculating and reporting investment results to make the group more efficient and provide higher levels of service to clients for BBH globally. This function’s responsibilities are client focused and more strategic in nature.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of performance, risk statistics and attribution reporting, providing high level service to existing performance clients, and implementing new performance measurement clients.
  • Manage client relationships by ensuring the performance teams commitment to high quality client service (internal and external).
  • Develop and participate in sales and marketing presentations to clients and prospects as a subject matter expert.
  • Field and respond to client inquiries and escalate to the Department Head as needed.
  • Manages the day to day performance group operation: allocate resources, oversee production and operational processes, review client reporting for accuracy, resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage the implementation process of new business by reviewing client requirements, overseeing client set up processes and managing client conversions.
  • Create and review contracts for new clients, new products and market data vendors.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate vendors and internal resources to develop products and services.
  • Develop a structured team that addresses succession planning, personal/career growth and diversification of skills/responsibilities.
  • Recruit staff to support new business growth.

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Minimum 10 years financial services experience including performance measurement and reporting approach.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in people management role.
  • Experience in attribution for all asset types (fixed income, domestic equity and international equity).
  • Knowledge of market data and vendors.
  • Technical proficiency of Bloomberg and Eagle Star Accounting System would be a plus.
  • Experience in working with external and internal clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
