We’re seeking an experienced systems administrator who’s eager to use and grow his/her technological skills using global opportunities provided by Deloitte. In this role, the you will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, maintain, build and implement new software and hardware solutions, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. • 3+ years of experience in supporting large enterprise IT solutions;
• 3+ years of Microsoft system administration experience;
• 2+ years of experience with VMWare products;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Windows Servers, VMWare,
• Microsoft Azure knowledge is an advantage;
• ITIL v3 foundation knowledge is an advantage;
• Analytical and problem solving ability;
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills;
• Collaboration and team-oriented work philosophy.

• Provide support for Microsoft servers, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualized solutions by VMWare and Microsoft;
• Monitor and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, storages and IT systems around Deloitte Central Europe;
• Participate in OS patch management and coordination;
• Test Windows and Linux security patch packages;
• Create and maintain reports for patch compliance and system audit data;
• Proactively identify and respond to events impacting IT systems and applications;
• Cooperate with Incident Management during high and critical events;
• Implement IT system changes;
• Configure systems monitoring and management tools to detect and identify issues;
• Provide high quality support to other technical IT teams within Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center;
• Prepare guides and documentation;
• Cooperate with Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center leaders and global IT teams;
• Supervise vendors in implementation and technical support tasks.
