Job Description
- Monitor, control and report KPIs and SLA to Manager, prepare analysis and develop improvement plans
- Drive and measure team performance and delivery of service for customers
- Monitor scope of work
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams/departments
- Ensure Mars work policies & procedures are followed
- Identify & drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Take accountability for training for newly recruited team members
- Take accountability for effective back-up structure
- Ensure closure of action items from audits
- Manage day to day relationship with the customer including resolution of customer issues
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation within a team, cross- team and cross-department
The Successful Applicant
- University degree preferred - especially within Finance and Accounting
- Proven experience on similiar position (managing a team of more that 10 FTE's)
- English language knowledge required on a fluent level
- Other European language skills desired (German)
- Knowledge of, and experience in core finance functional competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organize workload
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Five years of best-practice experience in various financial/accounting positions. (desirable in finance & accounting gained in an international organization)
