The focus of your role within Capgemini, what you do:

Responsible for implementation and development of Resource Management program within the Region/Country, in cooperation with GBL resource management function and EE GDC Head.

Define and deploy common and centralized operating processes and supporting tools on people supply chain across EE.

 

Resource Management Head’s accountabilities:

The people supply chain is covering the following items: sourcing strategy and sourcing, demand planning, supply planning, operational demand and fulfillment, mobility.

Who will you be working with?

General Responsibilities:
  • Key person in discussion regarding New Deals recruitment for EE (according to approach promote first hire second)
  • Owns and controls the assigned demand Provides recommendations on how to best close the gap
  • Understands the future business in terms of demand and supply trends (global/local market trends)
  • Proposes resources to active requisitions
  • Key Person for recrutment Team
  • Monitors the recruitment process closely and ensures it is running smoothly
  • Secures clear communication between recruitment and the business
  • Ensures resources are selected within the deadline
  • Discuss potential release of the people from the engagements. Ensure resources are released and collect appropriate approval for their releasing
  • Implement and coordinate cross BU transfers for EE projects
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers in terms of understaff and overstaff data verification
  • Coordinate New Deals/Opportunities Recruitment Solution review (internal and external deals)
  • Cooperate with Sales Team during the solution stage in terms of internal and external staffing estimation
  • Attend global meetings related to reporting offers, analyzing data and proposing new reporting solution to meet resource management expectations
  • Support the workforce shaping to correspond to anticipated demands in terms of volumes and skills/roles within EE – cooperation with L&D on long term re-skilling strategy
  • Ensures the priority for internal job postings, mobilizes the internal resources; as per rule: Promote 1st, Transfer 2nd, Hire 3rd
  • Is the “buyer” of local resources
  • Ensures demand is captured correctly and that it is updated or cancelled according to its evolution on-time
  • Cooperates with the Business to secure the proper Mobility Criteria implementation and transfers execution, reports the progress of demand fulfilment to the demand owner and HR
  • Cooperates with other BUs’ Managers to intensify the local resources utilization (if possible),
  • Implement new ways of working for resource management and internal recruitment process
