Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
As a Tower Lead you will assist the manager in meeting the site metrics and goals by supervising Team Leaders. Mostly you will:
- Oversee and manage multinational teams analyzing web data for a prestigious international company;
- Identify improvement opportunities in work-flow, team structure, user experience, and suggest solutions;
- Manage ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as per client requirements;
- Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead and client teams;
- Manage the performance of the team and act as the team’s career counselor;
- Forecast team output and support scheduling of agents.
Qualifications
What do we expect from you:
- 2-4 years of work experience & university education;
- Team leadership experience and proven track record of success in previous work;
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of other foreign language(s) will be an asset;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Good data understanding and ability to derive business decisions
- Strong client face to face interaction skills
