Due to expansion in Poland we are looking for energetic, enthusiastic person for the position of Area Manager, dedicated for fleet clients.

Job Description
- The primary responsibility of the Area Manager is to penetrate his/her Fleets, OEM's and distributors, at all levels of organisation.
- Territorial responsibility for clients in Western Poland.
- Key task is to obtain the largest possible share of the truck wheel market in the assigned territory at a desirable price.
- Development and execution of sales plan in line with corporate sales strategy.
- You will have to effectively apply knowledge and skill in creating an acceptable balance of the customer's needs and the company's current capabilities.
- You must develop sufficient knowledge of a customer's business to enable shaping the supply needs into specifications that the company can readily and profitably provide.
- In this role education of clients (showing business advantages) is as well important as sales.
- Maintain contacts with tire, suspension, axle and wheel attachment manufacturers as well as with private and government testing and regulatory organisations.
- Preparation and submission of on time required reports to truck wheel sales management, including reports of noteworthy market, customer and competitive developments in the assigned territory.
- The job also requires the ability to deal with extended travel and absences from home.
The Successful Applicant
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
- College degree or equivalent.
- 5 -8 years of successful professional background in a company cooperating with fleet owners / managing directors / technical directors of fleets (ie. producers of tires, suspensions, axes, brakes, spare part).
- Extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of the heavy duty truck, trailer, and bus markets.
- Fluency in English, Polish would be essential.
- Very good organisation skills, as the position is independent (home office).
- Readiness for travelling across dedicated region.
