P2P Transformation Manager

Responsibilities:
- work actively on the design and implementation of a new execution model of the P2P process, searching for process and structural improvements,
- review existing IT landscape (systems, applications)and systems and recommend/ give guidance on solutions leading to optimization in those,
- plan, assess, and monitor organizational readiness for the designed changes,
- establish and maintain close working relationships with Executives, financial and purchasing leaders, and other stakeholders,
- onboard and train the key players in the process, to allow successful and effective implementation of the changes in the process and governance,
- actively engage relevant stakeholders in the design and the decision-making process.
Requirements:
- university degree (perfect in economy/supply chain),
- fluent English is a must, knowledge of German will be an asset,
- experience in leading complex projects, transformative change and transitioning processes into SSC environment,
- high level of project management skills,
- willingness to travel.
