Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:

Key activities
As part of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for wide range of activities:
- Prepare various tax reporting and reconciliations (direct and indirect)
- Assist in managing any specific direct/indirect tax obligations in respective countries including support for dealing with any overseas tax authority audit
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliations for tax reporting
- Assisting in monitoring and maintaining and/or directing the maintenance of required configuration for the application of tax in the financial systems used within the business (e.g. ERP and supporting systems)
- Process Mapping and Desktop Procedure Preparation during Transition Phase
- Support RTR Team with daily/monthly activities (Intercompany, Fixed Assets, General Ledger close process)
- Performing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Accruals accounting
- Providing support specific to external and internal audits
- Recommendation and implementation of process improvements ideas
- Identifying potential process improvements opportunities
Profile we look for
- At least 3-year experience in accountancy / finance / tax
- University degree in Finance or Tax would be a plus
- Very good understanding of end-to-end finance processes
- Fluency in English
- Practical knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process orientation and attention to details
- Ability to work in teams and with deadlines
- Experiennce with Process Mapping and Dekstop Procedure Preparation
- Flexibility to travel outside Europe, once required
- Flexibility to work outside European time during transition phase, if required
- Excellence communication skills and capability do adapt to a demanding environment
- An energentic-driven professional with can do attitude and drive towards building and proposing new process solutions
