For our client, a production holding that has several dozen production pants spread all over the world, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Regional Chief Operating Officer for EMEA who will report directly to VP Operation Director. Our client will be build a greenfield in Sielsia region

Job Description
- Manages OPS Site Managers, Supply Chain and Support Staff
- Responsible for all facilities in the region
- Negotiates or advises any union contracts in the region
- Oversees Supply Chain efforts in the region
- Sets the strategy for reducing spend and expanding outsource efforts
- Maintains working relationship with key suppliers
- Oversees Operational financials in the region
- Leads strategy to optimize inventory and working capital metrics
- Develops KPI metrics for use on shop floor
- Develops, implements and monitors quality metrics to be measured in the region
- Responsible for handling significant product defect and investigation claims
The Successful Applicant
- Technical Bachelor's degree, MBA will be a plus
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Operations activities in international structures
- Be able to multi-task, lead and direct salaried & hourly personnel
- Hands-on approach
- Experience and ability to move in international structures
- Documented experience in carrying out production transfers
- Implementation of greenfield projects
- Daily walking of the shop floor and as needed, outside on company grounds
- Daily work in both office and plant environments
- Flexibility to travel to other company locations on a monthly basis
