Senior Accounting and Reporting Specialist

Role:

• preparation of consolidated group financial statements,
• communication with territory finance leads and teams, including shared service centers, relating to financial close, issues and deliverables,
• preparation of ad hock analysis and special projects,
• cooperation with internal and external auditors,
• monitoring compliance to group accounting standards,
• participation in budgeting and forecasting processes.

 
Profile:

• Solid experience (3+ years) in finance or accounting preferable with a multinational company,
• Understanding of finance and accounting processes, procedures and internal controls, attention to detail,
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines,
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a matrix organization and liaising with multiple stakeholders,
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills,
• Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly advanced in Excel,
• Fluency in both verbal and written English as working language,
• Demonstrated knowledge of IFRS is a plus,
• Experience working with ERP Infor SunSystems is a plus.
