For our Client - an international company form sector BPO/SSC, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior AP Accountant. In this position you will be work closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable and other departments in order to solve more complex issues related to both PO and non-PO processes.

Responsibilities:
- monitoring and performing payments,
- processing invoices and credit notes,
- preparing bank transfers and settlement of accounts,
- acting as a point of contact in case of query /incident/problem,
- Balance Sheet reconciliations,
- period-closing activities,
- preparing documents for an internal and external audit,
- initiating and contributing improvements ideas within the AP area,
- providing support to other team members and mentoring new joiners,
- supporting Team Leader in team management activities,
- building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent,
- min. 5 years of experience in the corporate environment and deep understanding of AP/PTP process,
- very good command of English (min. B2 level),
- knowledge of SAP and Excel MS Office,
- very good team-work skills,
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy,
- proficient communication skills.
