Your responsibilities would include:

• CONTROLS MONITORING: Plans, performs and reviews control testing (design and operating effectiveness) as per ICFR instructions, advices HGSS Process Teams in creating action plans for remediating of control failures/issues, regular monitors progress about remediating activities and reports to HEINEKEN's P&CI Manager. Identifies opportunities for control improvements. Monitors and solves access rights issues (SOD conflicts) of HEINEKEN Kraków users with proper application of available tools (e.g. Accounts Controls Monitoring - ACM) 
• PROCESS & CONTROL MANAGEMENT - Drives the development and the governance of Process and Control Documentation Standards (Design Principles), continuously seeks for opportunities for improvement of the controls monitoring framework and activities at HEINEKEN Kraków. Proactively drives the process and controls standardisation agenda at HEINEKEN Kraków.
• CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT (CPI): Embeds a process improvement culture, actively drive process and control standardisation and improvement within HEINEKEN Kraków Process Teams. Works closely with the HGSS P&CI Specialists (CPI). Drives Root Cause Analysis of the control issues and provides recommendations for improvements.
• RISK MANAGEMENT: Supports the process of Risk Identification, Assessment and Response and monitors existing and emerging risks within HGSS. Works closely with the HEINEKEN Kraków risks owners on the risk management and process.  
• COMPLIANCE: Ensures that processes and controls are designed, implemented and operating in line with the relevant policies, procedures and HEINEKEN Rules. Facilitates the HeiRules Control Self-Assessment Process for HGSS. 
• FRAUD MANAGEMENT: Raises fraud awareness and improves fraud prevention. Delivers fraud awareness sessions to HEINEKEN Kraków Process Teams and ensures information on the fraud attempts at HEINEKEN Kraków is widely shared with all HGSS exposed employees.
• ASSURANCE: Supports Global and External Audit in planning their audit, monitors and drives closure of audit findings. Being a contact point for the external auditor and ensures the effective cooperation between HGSS P&CI, HGSS Process Teams and external auditor.

You are The Candidate if:

You have:

• University degree/Masters (e.g. Economics, Finance),
• CIA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA,
• Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Certification,
• Fluency in English, additional  European language is a plus,
• 5 - 10 years of work experience in an international company, preferably in audit, accounting & reporting or consultancy,
• Analytical capabilities,
• Excellent Excel skills,
• High concern for quality, accuracy and data,
• Nice to have: Black Belt Certification.
